Lent 2026 | St. Hilary & St. Anthony

This Lent, both parishes invite all parishioners into a season of renewal focused on growing in virtue and turning away from habits that weaken the spiritual life. Through additional Mass opportunities, expanded confession times, a homily series on virtues and vices, and a weekly video series, we will reflect on how God strengthens us from within.

Lent is a time to put aside sin and allow God to form our hearts more fully in holiness, freedom, and grace.

Strengthened by Virtue – A Lenten Family Prayer

Lord Jesus,
You call us to grow in holiness of heart and life.
This Lent, help us turn away from what weakens us
and choose the virtues that lead us closer to You.

Give us humble hearts, patient spirits, and generous love.
When we struggle, strengthen us by Your grace.
May all we do draw us nearer to You
and help us love one another more faithfully.

We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
