Youth Formation | Middle School (7th & 8th Grade)

The deadline to register for St. Hilary Youth Formation was August 14, 2026. A late fee of $10 will automatically be added to your registration form. All 1st through 11th graders can register. (We are no longer offering Kindergarten class.) You can click the button below to register and even pay online (cash and check are still available if you choose “Pay Later”). Calendar dates and Sacramental information will be provided once you register.
